A background check or background investigation is the process of looking up and compiling criminal records, commercial records and financial records of an individual or an organization.

Background checks are often requested by employers on job candidates for employment screening, especially on candidates seeking a position that requires high security or a position of trust, such as in private homes, school, hospital, financial institution, airport, manufacturing industries, product suppliers and government. Pre-employment Screening

Pre-employment screening refers to the process of investigating the backgrounds of potential employees and is commonly used to verify the accuracy of an applicant's claims as well as to discover any possible criminal history.

Kevron Consulting Limited shall conduct an accurate background check by carrying out an instant check via the Nigerian Police and ensuring finger prints of potential employees are taken as part of the criminal check. This would also include verification of employees residents and if necessary, previous employment history.

The scope shall also include verification of guarantors in order to ascertain their existence, status of employment and residential address.

Security Plan

Every organization has a legal requirement to ensure the security and welfare of their employees. This duty extends to ensuring suitable and sufficient security plan is in place to ensure the protection of company staff, assets and corporate image.
